Recoil Starter for Briggs & Stratton 699335, 696711

Works as advertised. Fit my snow blower. The only issue I had was that the screws supplied with it were too short since my engine had a plastic guard too.

This recoil starter is way better quality than the original...The pawl is steel instead of plastic. The only thing is that I had to get the hole of the metal cup a little bigger (about 3/4 inch instead of about 1/2 or 5/8). It feels like it will last forever! My motor is a 1450 series (B&G) - The shipping was super fast!

Used for B&S snow blower motor. Had a devil of a time locating the model number. Manual was useless. Part fit well. Had to use old bolts as new bolts useless. Too short. Turned motor over well.

Just screw them on in place of the old assembly. No lineup or tinkering involved,

I have a 2009 Huskee 35ton Log splitter with a 1550 series horizontal shaft engine. This was identical part, except it was made in Korea. It was built exactly the same. So im sure it will work on your 2006-2011 1450,1550 & 1650 engines.
