How to search for a product?
Ans: There are many ways to search your products, by OEM number, distributor’s reference number, OEM brand, or product keywords. You just type in the search keywords on the search bar, The web page will pop-up the product you are looking for.

Related product or bundle: On each product page, we have a related product display bar, which shows the related product and bundles you may have interest in.

Product quality: We supply the best and genuine parts with longer product warranty than our competitors as we are supported by our partners in Asia. Most of our suppliers are either OEM manufacturers or suppliers for the distributors like Stens, Rotary, and Oregon. We offer a 14-days hassle-free product return or exchange policy for all our product without a restocking fee.

 

Orders, shipping, and delivery

What payment methods do you accept?
Ans: We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
For some pre-approved wholesale customers, we can also set up N30 terms with ACH transfer. 

When will my order ship?
Ans: Orders from the USA and Canada placed before 6:00 PM CST will be shipped out the next day morning.

How much will it cost to ship and when will it be delivered?
Ans:
FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $49.99 (3-8 business days) for the USA.
$6 Standard Shipping for orders under $49.99 (3-8 business days) for the USA.
$10 Expedited Shipping (2-6 business days) for the USA.

Do you ship internationally?
Ans: Yes, International orders placed outside of the United States will be subjected to customs or import fees. Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the recipient once the parcel reaches its destination. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and unfortunately, we do not have control over it. You should contact your local customs office for more information.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

Returns & exchanges

Can I cancel my order?
Ans: We ship orders as early as possible. This also means we can't always guarantee that we can change/cancel your order before it ships.

Please review your order carefully, and be sure to get in touch right away using our customer care form if you have a need to cancel or exchange your order. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.


Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Ans: If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery and we will be happy to assist you with the process. To know more please check here.


When/how will I be refunded?
Ans: Once we've reviewed and approved your refund it can take 7 business days to get back to your card/bank depending on the payment method used during checkout.


Warranty: Most of our parts come with a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship only. Our warranty does not cover user error, accidental damage, improper installation, and/or product abuse. Note, once a warranty claim is started, it can take up to 1-2 weeks to process after receipt of the item.
