Perfect fit

Perfect fit on my Troy built trimmer. I replaced fuel lines and diaphragm and still didn’t run right. I should’ve just bought this from the get go, 10 minutes to install and ran great!I did not have any issues like some other reviewers had. Mine bolted right up with no modifications and started right up.

Sha lock lock done

It doesn't stretch a wallet of little thickness. Cheaper better faster than a rebuild kit.

Great quality

This came very quickly and I was weed wacking within minutes. Very happy with the results.!! I had read that people had to decrease the hole size but on my Craftsman 30cc, 4 cycle trimmer, I had to increase the hole in the throttle plate by a tiny amount and then I was in business.. Everything fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier... I bought a second carb for another trimmer.

Know before buying

Overall this is a serviceable carb and I would buy again. I used this in a 4 cycle Craftsman weed wacker.A few things you should know before you buy.The carb came assembled upside down. Not a huge problem - 2 screws and flipped the throttle assembly over. The attachment point for the throttle cable was too large for my cable. I followed the advice from another reviewer and cut a tiny bit of the included fuel line to act as a grommet. Worked fine.Lastly, the throttle assembly has a weak spring and will not return to full idle once tension is released. Not a deal breaker for me - but it does mean that the trimmer line is always spinning.Overall, I would buy again. My guess is that anyone replacing a carb is savvy enough to make these small adjustments - but always better to know before you buy!
