Fast

It was spinning the motor so fast I thought I left the plugs out. Then it fired up. I drained all the old fuel out before turning the key. Which gave me time to watch how fast it was spinning the twin cylinder briggs.

I has worked for over two mowing seasons without fail. I only need the cheap plastic gear but the whole starter including the gear was $3 more, so considering the throw away society we live in I purchased the whole unit and trashed the other. I am pleased with it considering the price point.
