Worked and the price is right

I purchased this for my 18 year old Craftsman LT 2000. It had started to die after it had been running for a while. I tried everything, from cleaning the carburetor to replacing the fuel filter, but nothing worked so I decided to replace the carburetor and give this a try. It was easy to install, and I have mowed twice now with no problems other than the wire that goes into the solenoid was loose and I had to tighten it. I am very happy to have my mower back for a very modest cost.

Great deal

So Kohler wants $150+ for a replacement carb for my lawn tractor? And the last one I put in lasted 2 years even though I used stabilized gas and emptied it out at the end of the season... I figured I might as well take a chance on this $25 replacement. It's a perfect fit, and a few weeks later it's been running great. I figure if the $150 lasts two seasons and I can replace this 6 times for that price it's almost paid for itself already!

New carburetor

It is great to just replace then rebuild, only thing is the carburetor hunts for idle.
