Carburetor for Briggs & Stratton 799871, 790845

Brand new B&S carburetor and it worked perfectly. Plus a great price

My 9-year-old Snapper self-propelled lawn mower simply gave up running. A friend with good mechanical skills worked on it. He suspected the original B&S carburetor, but it looked pretty good. Nevertheless, we couldn’t get the mower to start. On a hunch I ordered a new B&S carburetor from Amazon. It came quickly. He installed it, and FLASH! I had a “new” lawnmower again. The carburetor price was modest, and certainly cheaper than purchasing a new lawn mower.

There's several of these on Amazon. I wanted a genuine Briggs & Stratton, this looks like it fit the bill! It came in Briggs & Stratton packaging, and it worked perfectly on my Toro 20092. And it was pretty cheap! Great product!

I replaced the old, clogged carburetor on a Troy-Bilt lawnmower that had been sitting outside unused for years. After a tune-up and this new carb it started on the first pull and ran like it was brand new. For the price of this carburetor, a spark plug and an air filter I have a lawn mower that works great.

This product worked but it did not come with a gasket or a seal as shown in the picture and they do not reply to my emails
