Great carburetor for the money but not for my snow blower!

This carburetor was shown in the owner’s manual of my relatively new snowblower. I even verified which one to buy with a local motor repair shop and it was the right number. Unfortunately it’s not the one for my snowblower for some strange reason. My carburetor had an additional port on it for a tube from my crankcase valve cover.I had to buy another carburetor and I did not send this one back as it was Craftman’s fault and not Amazon’s. Make sure you carefully look at the carburetor that you are replacing before you order this one as the manual is wrong!

Exact OEM fit

This was an exact match to the OEM carburetor that came in my Troy-built 2840 snow blower.For less money and time to rebuild the carburetor just replace the entire unit.
