Good carb, needs tuning after install

This is a good, cheap carburetor and it works well. You need to order a carb adjustment tool set and adjust the high and low. Go ahead and replace fuel filter and fuel lines while you're at it. Watch the YouTube video for string trimmer carb adjustment on Steve's Small Engine Saloon.
