Works great on Troy Bilt 5550 generator
I have a 16 year old Troy Bilt 5550 watt generator that would not start. I factory carburetor part number is no longer manufactured. This Oakten 591378 is the replacement part number. I installed the new Oakten carburetor today and the generator started up on the very first pull and it now runs perfect again.

Finally a product that works and all of it
from high speed to idle. very easy to install
very well made , all the correct dust seals were in place
also. This is the third product I have tried for this engine all were listed as fitting but none worked . Thank you Oak Ten.

A perfect Fit
Ordered a carburetor for my Centurion Gen-Rac generator. The older one was leaking around the bowl gasket and pretty much impossible to find the correct O-ring seal. Oakten had the most reasonable prices for a carb. The carb came with all the necessary gaskets and was a perfect fit for my generator. Shipping was quick and easy (even arrived a day before expected). Back in business now if the power goes out this Winter. I highly recommend this dealer for parts. Ten stars.

Exact fit.
All bolts, pulleys and keyways fit without any issues. Spindle bearing was in a sealed plastic bag to keep bearing cover with it so it couldn't get lost, as well as visable inspection of the parts.

I replaced one Spindle on my Hustler Sport Zero Turn, this was a perfect fit. Solid, heavy, appears well built.Only extra comment -- no replacement bolts provided (many youtuber's broke them removing); I didn't break any (whew). Could add as an Extra for $2.00 to include Bolts? Approx 5/16 x 2 inch, hardened; 9/16 bolt & nutWorks great, was easy to replace; will use this seller, this item again if I need to replace 2 or 3 on my Zero Turn. Much quieter now.Oh, one extra thing that was included, rarely seen from Amazon -- a Packing slip!
